- Tickets must be carried; screenshots or half-printed copies are not accepted. Arriving at the helipad at least an hour ahead of your slot time is also advised.
- Arrive at the entry gate two hours before departure for easy check-in and security.
- Before boarding passes are issued, each passenger will be weighed.
- Infants traveling with a passenger and passengers weighing above 80 kg will be charged extra on top of the Kedarnath helicopter price.
- If a group of more than 12 people is purchasing tickets, the user needs to register using a different user ID.
- The load on the helicopter and the sortie schedule will decide where the passengers are seated. A group could be seated in different helicopters, depending on the needs of the operation.
- Before providing a boarding pass, the helicopter operator will weigh every passenger—adult, kid, and newborn. They will be charged Rs. 150 extra if they weigh over 80 kg.
